Introduction

The Department of Social Mobilization at PSPA connects the Authority with communities across Punjab, promoting participation, awareness, and sustainable water usage practices.

It focuses on community engagement, WASH awareness, stakeholder coordination, and long-term sustainability of water supply systems.

• Mobilizing communities through outreach programs to ensure ownership of water facilities.
• Formation and strengthening of Water User Committees (WUCs) for local management.
• Promoting safe water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) awareness.
• Conducting behavior change campaigns for improved water usage practices.
